TerraFeliz Inc.(이하 “회사”)는 CBESTN(cbestn.com)과 TIBER 앱(이하 “서비스”)을 운영합니다. 이 문서는 우리가 어떤 개인 정보를 왜 모으고, 어떻게 쓰고 보관하며, 회원이 어떤 권리를 갖는지 설명합니다.

이 방침의 영문본은 참고용 번역입니다. 한국어본과 영문본의 내용이 다를 경우 한국어본을 우선합니다.

1. 모으는 정보

가입 · 로그인할 때: 카카오 또는 구글 로그인을 통해 이메일 주소, 닉네임(이름), 프로필 사진, 그리고 각 서비스가 부여한 계정 식별값을 받습니다. 카카오톡 · 구글의 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다.

서비스를 이용할 때: 회원이 직접 쓴 글 · 댓글 · 첨부 파일.

자동으로 기록되는 것: 접속 일시, IP 주소, 브라우저 · 기기 종류, 쿠키. 로그인 상태 유지와 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선에 씁니다.

개인을 알아볼 수 없는 집계: 게시물 조회 수 등 서비스 이용 통계. 누가 했는지는 기록하지 않습니다.

우리는 주민등록번호, 사회보험번호(SIN), 금융 계좌 정보, 신용카드 번호 같은 정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 서비스 안에서 결제가 이루어지지 않습니다.

2. 쓰는 목적

회원 식별과 로그인, 게시판 등 커뮤니티 서비스 제공
문의 응대, 공지와 서비스 관련 안내
약관 위반 · 부정 이용 방지, 신고 처리
법령이 정한 의무 이행
회원이 따로 동의한 경우에 한해 소식 · 광고성 안내 발송(언제든 수신 거부 가능)

3. 다른 곳에 제공하는 경우

우리는 회원의 개인 정보를 팔지 않습니다. 아래 경우에만 필요한 범위에서 제공하거나 처리를 맡깁니다.

로그인 제공자: 카카오(Kakao Corp.), 구글(Google LLC) — 로그인 처리
서버 · 이메일: Hostinger(서버 위치: 미국)
법적 요구: 법원의 명령 등 법령에 따른 적법한 요청이 있을 때

위 업체 가운데 일부는 캐나다 밖(한국, 미국 등)에 있어, 정보가 그 나라의 법령에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 기간

계정 정보: 탈퇴할 때까지. 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
글 · 댓글: 탈퇴 시 작성자 표시를 “탈퇴한 회원”으로 바꾸고 내용은 남깁니다. 내용 삭제를 원하면 탈퇴 전에 직접 지우거나 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
접속 기록: 90일

5. 회원의 권리

회원은 자기 정보의 열람 · 정정 · 삭제, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 회원 탈퇴 · 계정 삭제 페이지에서 바로 할 수 있고, 로그인할 수 없는 경우 같은 페이지의 요청 양식이나 아래 이메일로 요청하면 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 처리 결과에 이의가 있으면 캐나다 개인정보보호위원회(Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada)에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다.

6. 쿠키

로그인 유지, 설정 기억(예: 앱 설치 안내를 닫은 기록), 방문 통계에 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소를 씁니다. 브라우저 설정에서 거부할 수 있으나 로그인 등 일부 기능이 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

7. 어린이

이 서비스는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 그 나이 미만의 개인 정보를 알면서 모으지 않습니다. 해당 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

8. 안전 조치

전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 권한 최소화, 정기 업데이트로 정보를 보호합니다. 그럼에도 인터넷에서 완전한 보안은 없으므로, 침해 사고로 회원에게 실질적 피해 위험이 있다고 판단되면 법령에 따라 회원과 관계 기관에 알립니다.

9. 바뀔 때

이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 사이트에 공지합니다. 회원에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 이메일 등으로 따로 알립니다.

TerraFeliz Inc. (the “Company”) operates CBESTN (cbestn.com) and the TIBER app (the “Service”). This policy explains what personal information we collect and why, how we use and retain it, and what rights you have.

This English text is a courtesy translation. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Information we collect

When you register or sign in: through Kakao or Google sign-in we receive your email address, display name, profile image and the account identifier assigned by that provider. We do not receive your Kakao or Google password.

When you use the Service: posts, comments and attachments you write.

Automatically recorded: access date and time, IP address, browser and device type, and cookies. These are used to keep you signed in, prevent misuse and improve the Service.

Aggregate, non-identifying data: usage statistics such as post view counts. We do not record who performed these actions.

We do not ask for resident registration numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, financial account details or credit card numbers. No payment takes place within the Service.

2. How we use it

Identifying Members and signing them in; providing boards and other community features.
Responding to enquiries and sending notices about the Service.
Preventing breaches of the Terms and misuse; handling reports.
Meeting obligations imposed by law.
Sending news or promotional messages, only where you have separately consented; you may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Disclosure to others

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it, or entrust its processing, only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary.

Sign-in providers: Kakao Corp. and Google LLC, for authentication.
Hosting and email: Hostinger (servers located in the United States).
Legal requests: where required by a court order or other lawful process.

Some of these parties are located outside Canada, including in Korea and the United States, and information may therefore be processed under the laws of those countries.

4. Retention

Account information: until you close your account, after which it is deleted without undue delay.
Posts and comments: on closure the author name is changed to “Former member” and the content remains. To have content removed, delete it before closing your account or contact us.
Access logs: 90 days.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself on the Account deletion page; if you cannot sign in, use the request form on that page or email us, and we will process the request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings (such as dismissing the app install prompt) and measure visits. You can refuse them in your browser, but some features, including sign-in, may not work.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware that we have, we delete it without undue delay.

8. Security

We protect information using encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access and regular updates. No system on the internet is perfectly secure; if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected Members and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Changes

We will post notice of changes to this policy at least 7 days before they take effect. Material changes that are unfavourable to Members will also be notified individually, for example by email.
